Murchoson Weekend Day One

Amy and i got off to a great start. On Friday, less than 24 hrs after arriving, we met up with Sean and crew aka Chris G's old flat mates from his time down here (Thanks Chris). They were planning on spending the weekend in the town of Mursonson and doing heaps of boating along the way. they were very kind in taking Amy and I in and showing us around.

Ok sweet so as some of you all know my stories seem to never stop and I've never been good at telling about my adventures in a timely manner sooo I'm going to try to just post lots and lots of sweet pictures and keep the word to a limit.

First stop Mureia Falls. for those kayak nerds you should recognize this a the falls Rush Sterges did the front flip of of.

Nick only needed about seven stitch's and recovered nicely.

Both Amy and I had lines that did not send us to the hospital but still were not all the great. after the falls we went to do two different runs in the areas both were playboat runs and proved to be pretty fun below are some pics from the day.

The river is called the Buller and it felt like the Rouge but in Costa Rica very green and lots birds making noise around.
Sweet as
